The J-345 is 777 lbs dry and 3700 lbs full. As far as the walk out goes, if it's sitting on a standard concrete slab you'll be perfectly fine. If there's no platform there currently you'll want to prepare one, something as simple as an EZ Pad or paver patio will work fine, but concrete is the gold standard.
We have the average price for that model in the $14,000-$15,000 range, hope you can negotiate a good deal! It's a good, solid Hot Tub.
