Most hot-tub “advice” online is written by the manufacturers selling the tubs, or by dealers trying to close you. Even sites that call themselves independent often take money to rank certain brands higher.
We don’t. Nobody pays us to recommend their spa — not a manufacturer, not a dealer. Your $97 buys research and a recommendation that’s ours alone, based on what actually fits your space, budget, and how you’ll use it.

Why does it cost $97?
The fee covers the research we do before your call and guarantees the advice itself is unbiased — no dealer or manufacturer can pay for a better recommendation. After your call, you can optionally choose to be connected with a recommended dealer, which may result in a referral fee to us; that's always your choice and never affects what we recommend.
How long is the call?
Most calls run around 15–20 minutes, but we'll stay on as long as you have questions.
Do you sell my information to dealers?
No — not automatically. After your consultation, you can choose whether you'd like us to connect you with the dealer we recommend. If you say no, that's the end of it. If you say yes, we may receive a referral fee, but this never changes which model or dealer we recommend on the call.
What if I already know which brand I want?
We can still help. We'll validate whether that brand is a good fit for your climate and use case, compare it to alternatives, and make sure you're not overpaying.
Is this refundable?
If we can't deliver your call within 3 business days, we'll refund you in full. Otherwise, because the research begins immediately, the $97 fee is non-refundable.
